Josef Wanke – hatter and former manager
Josef enters the parental company in 1966, takes it over in 1977 and is in charge of it until 2010 as executive. Then he turns it the "Wiener Modellhut" over to his son Marcus and retires. The experiences he was able to make over decades inures to the benefit of the company: Josef Wanke supports Marcus in several commercial and trading parts of the company, in purchasing and selling and in the checkup of the production.
Ingrid Wanke – milliner
Ingrid joins the enterprise in 1967. In the second - chance education she procceds the trade- and in 1979 the examination for the grade of master. Despite retirement in 1998 she sticks to the companies principles; her business operation area involves the development of the collections, the leading of the milliners aswell as the education of the apprentices.
Marcus Wanke – manager and hatter
Marcus associates the family business in 1992. For the time being he was only handling parts of the commercial area until he graduated the hatters trade test in the second – chance education. Per 1.1.2010 Marcus Wanke takes over the management, whereby the admeasurement of his occupation comprehends all parts of the company – this includes the commercial leadership of the enterprise, the purchasing and selling and also the production.
